Video from the ICE officer’s cell phone shows Renee Good’s last interaction with him. She smiles and says, “I am not mad at you”. Seconds later this same officer fires three bullets from his gun hitting Rene Good in the head at close range.

@mc Not his bodycam, his cell phone. He has his cell phone in his left hand, recording, and as she tries to drive away, unholsters his weapon with his right hand and shoots her from the side of the car.
There is no way she can harm him at the time he fires the first shot, because he is not in front of the car and she is turning away from him.
This video DOES NOT exonerate the #federal agent as the #Trump admin is saying. You might not like what they are saying to the #ICE agents, but they are legally exercising their right to #FreeSpeech. The fact that the agent dropped his cellphone doesn’t mean he was in danger. Even if the car bumped him, he still was not in danger.
