oatmeal@derStandard I didn’t know #XPS was retired 🤔 I’m still using a 2014 model. Powerful. Had to replace the battery. I’m not a big fan of #Dell though. I believe their distribution center in Europe is in Germany? When I tried to replace mine, which was delivered with wrong keyboard layout, they refused and were in fact very rude. I decided to never buy a Dell again 🥳 but glad they’re not pushing #AI. Isn’t this relevant to windows only in any case, ie their shitty Windows AI APIs? I would like better hardware support for local ai, if that was an option (avoiding using proprietary models).
