First day we're open this year 🎉! It took late into night on Tuesday to sort out the lounge area, but now it's somewhat presentable.

So here's Hopeakuula Arcade, our retro pinball arcade project in #kouvola, #Finland.

Those who are not familiar with us, running this place and keeping pinball alive for the next generations is a hobby of ours. We aim to have clean and well playing for our guests. We're open to the public every Wednesday from 18:00 to 23:00 and once a month on Saturdays from 14:00 to 23:00. Everything is on free play, the playing fee is 12€ on Wednesdays and 20€ on Saturdays.

At present we have 34 games in the lineup, from 70s EM games to 2020s modern games and everything between. I post a lot of repair and maintenance stuff, and this is where it's all from.

@iju Kouvola, kuten monet vastaavat pienet paikat, ovat aika pitkälle sillä mentaliteetillä että jos halauaa tehdä jotain erityistä, se täytyy järjestää itse. Sen ulkopuolella on tietysti kaikki perus kulttuuri- ja urheiluvaihtoehdot riippuen mikä kiinnostaa. Talvi toki rajoittaa aktiviteettejä jonkun verran mikäli ei halua mennä ladulle tai mäkeen.
