Boo - there's no 'DisplayPort' socket 🙂

My new (BIG for me!) monitor, on the data sheet, says "Max HDMI: 50Hz. DisplayPort: 100Hz." Now that's why I went with this Samsung monitor rather that the HP version which was just 2 x HDMI at 50Hz (and was DoA - cracked screen on delivery - for better or for worse).

I'm not a gamer, so ultra-fast isn't a major thing - I understand that a lot of the gamers like 200Hz or 240Hz? I'm never going to use that.

We don't like HDMI any more, unless I learn more about how that might be optimised.
