On the last weekend before Christmas we had one of our Mediterranean style food extravaganzas that we seem to need every now and then. The giant beans have definitely become one of my favourite dishes!

There were:
🔸Cevapcici (from frozen)
🔸Gigantes Plaki (giant white beans baked in a tomato sauce)
🔸Greek style farmers’ salad
🔸Dressed feta cheese
🔸Ajvar, tsatsiki, white cabbage salad, stuffed vine leaves, olives (all shop bought)
