I started the day doing therapeutic art to release grief from 2025.
First we wrote out on the left what happened in 2025. On the right, we wrote how we felt. I cried my face off as I wrote about several losses. Then we were told to crumple up the paper + toss it.
Then we were told to draw our grief on another sheet of paper.
On a 3rd sheet, we were told to draw a tree with roots + write on the leaves what grief gave us to carry forward.
