@ardouglass @5t3ph Indeed, that very specific list of qualities they're looking for is quite odd.
Like, what's wrong with a late career frontend dev who prefers to work remotely and is willing to accept the same pay?
Seems to me they'd get equal or better quality work from such a candidate.
Managers really need to be less rigid in their thinking when it comes to remote work and seniority preferences in roles and just hire people who 1. can do the job and 2. are happy with the pay offered.
