Does anyone have a recommendation for a cheap, but still usable (and safe) UV EPROM eraser? I need to program some 2732s...

I'm not sure this is the enticing advertisement image they think it is...
@diyelectromusic nothing beats the instant datassette eraser from #Commodore

Oh they are still making that classic.
The timer on the one at the radio club has not worked for 15years, but the device itself is fine.
I have no idea how old it really is.
@diyelectromusic I find myself googling "EMP device", sorry you said "safe"
@diyelectromusic Technically the sun is free and it’ll do it, but if you don’t want to wait a couple of weeks I think the usual cheap timer boxes are fine. I haven’t actually had need to erase one yet. I can confirm that near UV LEDs do work, but I cannot confirm that they work any faster than ambient light. 😅
@bytex64 @diyelectromusic i used to use the fluorescent note checker lamps, erase in about an hour if they were touching the tube.
@diyelectromusic The cheap Chinese ones with a timer are ok, although totally ignore the timer and time it yourself. @janbeta has a great video on making these better https://youtu.be/BN1Y0NIqM60?si=8p7ntT1JUx-P9EiU
