@bruces The picture looks to be taken from a higher level of a shopping mall to a lower floor (there are escalators visible). People are in the process of hanging life-sized figures of reindeers as decoration on the ceiling. So far, only a reindeer with a red nose and harness is hanging properly, facing the viewer, while on the floor there are at least eight other reindeers laying on their sides, waiting to be put up as well.
