stojgThe part that I find the absolute most boring with brewing beer is filling up the kettles with water and then adding the water minerals to it. It's like 1% of the time and effort of the whole brew, but it just feels like such a chore.

Mute Dog Brewing@danthebugman @stojg yeah, the clean up is the worst for me, once I have the wort in the fermentor and the yeast pitched I get this feeling of "done" but I'm not done and it's annoying.
The couple of beers I've had by then probably aren't helping either...
