#Slackware #Linux users who use #KDE6:

Because Slackware doesn't ship #Plasma6 by default, how do you use it, from the LuckyCyborg packages, the slack-a-roni packages maintained by our friend @jloc0, some other package set I don't know about, or compiled from source?

Let me know in the replies, I wanna gauge the userbase for these packages (at least among fedi users). Sadly, LuckyCyborg will soon stop working on the packages, so @jloc0's packages are your best bet (I prefer them at least)

@TronNerd82 Of course the spin by @jloc0
I'm going to 2 years (since when it was available) on it and it absolutely rocks. Big KDE fan here ( I've basically used them all, with Gentoo and Tumbleweed as the longest running, and made the how-to for FreeBSD KDE 6 and Wayland) and Jay's spin is basically the one that got and kept me in Slackware. Faster and more solid than anyone out there.
#slackware
@TronNerd82 Slackware user, but not a KDE user (Sawfish or Enlightenment myself)... but yeah, I'd second the suggestion for @jloc0 's packages.
@TronNerd82 @jloc0 I compile my own packages. Peeking from LC's and jlloc0's builds every now and then about new deps, patches or workarounds needed. Started my own build few weeks after Plasma 6.0 came out, before them both.
