@gerrymcgovern My Ebike burns 1/3rd that much for a 24 mile round trip.
@gerrymcgovern And ever the blindness to source of what is consumed. Same with food of course.
@gerrymcgovern Perhaps you know because you are interested in these issuesโ€”how significant are these figures in TikTok?
I searched but found nothing about this or about Chinese emissions and burning in general.
@dotyk I'm afraid I don't have such figures but I do know that for years now, video has been responsible for the vast amount of traffic, storage and processing demands on the Internet.
@gerrymcgovern Why do you think such questions are never asked of China, Russia, or Saudi Arabia? Can this be seen as payment for the services of asking such questions of Western democracies?
@gerrymcgovern AI-Shit is too cheap for industry and consumers alike. We need steep taxes for AI applications, especially those, that serve only in the colonial/info wars for attention- and intimacy-ressources.
@gerrymcgovern Yes, and also, I've heard of what a Sora is. Who told you I haven't? Should I take from this that humanity is still actively, intentionally declining? I stopped paying attention on Nov. 7, 2024. Hope is something that requires faith. Faith is something I've been unable to muster since the age of 8.
