good! deconstruct your idea of binary gender and assigned gender at birth, two essential components of what makes up the label of "cis". "cis" is much more of an artificial, patriarchal social construct than any similar identity described without that adjective.

When embedded in the social systems where it is made to matter I seem to be.
The gender I was taught to play works well enough for me and I find the associated parts of my biochemistry generally satisfactory.

I have serious problems with the way identity labels are constructed, but I don't currently have an argument that would exclude me from 'cis' or 'man' in any framework that even vaguely resembles common usage of the words.
