What does the perfect open source license look like? Does it already exist?

@ryanleesipes Licensing to me always seems like a cat and mouse game around intentions. Restrictions can make things more obnoxious to work with, and limit adoption. But having no limits at all primes a project to be abused by corporations.

Entities intending to abuse the openness of a project are always going to push the limits, to the detriment of good intentioned users.
