Today's boot camp was a nice return to traditional form: eight stations, 40 reps at each then 4 laps, 30 reps at each and 3 laps, 20/2, 10/1 in ten minute tranches so 800 reps and 10 laps which was probably only about 1k/1.5k all in but tough with the fatigue after the 20 rep round (10 is always easier even though it's at the end because I'm locked in to just Get It Done). I'd done a cursory 3k run at about 6:30/km beforehand, the grass was annoyingly wet and partly I was on tarmac with lugs so not ideal either way.

* Squat bar twists with 6kg/13lb bar
* Thruster jumps
* Single arm overhead press with 8kg/17lb kettlebell
* Atomic planks
* Slam ball slams 5kg/11lb
* Tuck crunches
* Mack raises with 2x 4kg/9lb dumbbells
* Froggers (wide leg deep/outside leg squat thrust 😩 at speed)
