Computex: So there's RAM with fans on in now. On one hand, they're so thick you do need 4 slots and 2 of those become inaccessible. On the other hand, hear me out: if you were going to only use 2 sticks in a 4-slot board anyway, then this is a good way to hide the empty slots

@odoben In fairness to this product, the last Intel board / chipset I bought was designed to slow itself down if you populated all your RAM slots. So I got empties on account of Intel being jerks basically.
Although I don’t need fans for my RAM so …
@EveHasWords If there was a 2-slot version of my motherboard, I would have 100% bought that instead.

Tvorsk@odoben This looks... extremely like a server hotswap power supply, so I'm morbidly curious just what the heck they done in the back side to adapt the outputs to the thick screw terminals for these cables.
