One small but very important thing; what Danes (or more specifically that Stasi-brained idiot) are saying is that they'll stick to what #ChatControl 1.0 already is. Because iirc the "Digital-Stasi" expansion is the 2.0 version.
"Voluntary" (let's be honest, nobody large enough is going to risk that legal hell, not even the likes of Signal) checking is already in effect it's just enforced about as much as the dreaded and deranged A13/A15.
