Chroma hasn't ever really thought about it. It has better shit to do than think about gender. It just presents however feels right. That ends up being mostly pretty casual clothing, and occasional skirts (especially in formal settings).

Gamemaster's official gender is "What are you, a cop?" and it's happy leaving it at that. I don't think it really cares about gender at all.

Percival: I don't think they have much of a gender identity, and they don't care for labels either. They present somewhat masculine because that's what makes them comfortable.

Damascus: Look he has to have thought about it in those 3000 years. I feel like he's somewhat gender-apathetic but still identifies as a man.
