In the first three days of early voting in New York, more voters have now voted than all early voters in THE ENTIRE mayoral elections of 2021.

223,000 early votes are already in VS a total of 170,000 early votes in the entire 2021 elections.

@randahl Nope. Listen more carefully to what he says. 223K is more than the total *early voters* in 2021. The total turnout was 1,149,172, says Wikipedia.

@randahl a New York City mayoral election is probably not the right race to compare against 2021 and gauge the American electorate waking up. Better indicator is probably going to be VA legislative elections.

@randahl um unfortunately this may also wake the fascists up, as seeing the public mood they will do everything under the sun now with full control of all branches of the US government under their control to make sure mid terms next year and 2028 go only one way - their way. State and city elections will be child's play after that.
