Welp, I just figured out which of my guitars is my favourite. My daughter announced she wanted to learn guitar, and asked if she could "borrow" one from me (and by borrow, I take it as "have"!). I only have two guitars, and it was a no brainer - she got the Daphne Blue Strat and I kept my Black Tuxedo Tele. No question in my mind!

@VA3DSO 26 years ago I got my first guitar by borrowing one of my dad's guitars while he was at work multiple times. He caught on and gave it to me, and I've been playing ever since. You made the right move.

@paulshryock I hope it starts a long love of music and playing guitar for her. My Mom bought me my first guitar when I was a teen - I've been playing for over 40 years now! (And I'm still awful! LOL!)
