CEO Jassy stated the move will help reduce bureaucracy and boost the company's use of AI. The ultimate goal is to speed up AI adoption and cost cutting to boost Amazon’s bottom line

Pretty shortly after, they got bad. Really bad. The kids yell at them for their inability to sort language. When playing music, 'STOP' often does nothing. 'QUIETER' now usually mistaken now for 'FIRE', resulting in a warning to call 9-1-1.

This should be AI-101. Anyways, logic would say maybe fix that before rolling the layoffs.
