I bet there is a coyote under this.
@MarkHoltom What size is this boulder?
@lnr @MarkHoltom that large boulder looks similar to the size of a small boulder
@MarkHoltom a small coyote the size of a large coyote
@MarkHoltom that looks suspiciously like a large boulder the size of a small boulder.
@storybead @MarkHoltom I came here for that reference alone.
@MarkHoltom
That coyote is really a crazy clown.
@MarkHoltom clearly he's holding that sign up from underneath it!
@MarkHoltom makes me wish I knew photoshop
@MarkHoltom I was zooming in to try and find "ACME" printed on the rock.
@MarkHoltom Almost exactly the size of a small boulder, that.
@MarkHoltom a very flat, but still quite well

@MarkHoltom

I know that rock, that’s the large boulder the size of a small boulder boulder.

@MarkHoltom
Either that, or the Mountain Giants are playing Dodge Ball again.
🤨
@MarkHoltom
"I knew I should've taken that left turn at Albuquerque. I would have been in Colorado by now."
@MarkHoltom Yes.
And just up that road is a tunnel painted on to a sheer rock wall.
@MarkHoltom @the_etrain On the other side, the sign says, "Beep Beep".

@MarkHoltom @Lazarou Also a small pile of birdseed and a sign that says “Free Birdseed”

ETA: I see I wasn’t the first to this joke. Oops.

@MarkHoltom @babe I disagree with the alt text. As far as I can recall, the Road Runner never committed violence against Wile E. Coyote. Wile E. Coyote attempted violence against the Road Runner, which backfired and harmed himself instead.

As such, the near-certain instigator of this boulder laying in the middle of the lane of travel is a coyote (who is absolutely underneath it).

@MarkHoltom this happened in Boulder Colorado, right?
@MarkHoltom PLEASE, at least USians, tell me that you know what "colorado" means...

@MarkHoltom

There *used* to be a coyote under there before he slid out from underneath and reinflated himself with a can of Acme Compressed Air before staggering off.
