Finally finished ref sheet!
50% of full size here, due to upload limits.
This one is made to be printed at poster size (20 x 30 inches) at 300dpi with a quarter inch bleed on each side. So it's big.
Anyway, a lot of love went into her.

Best viewed in a new tab, I think.
Anyway, it's 6150 by 9150 pixels. At the end, it took up 2.8 gigabytes of RAM to be open in Krita.
I tried to keep the layers fairly condensed. There are two layers of background, four of dragon, one for the feather detail shots, one for fine detail work on top of all of those, and then one for the frame. Plus some hidden layers for the initial sketch and the color palette.
@Leviamicky Thanks! It took a long time, and I'm glad to be able to move on to other stuff now, but I'm also quite happy with how it turned out.
It was a massive project, and I think it ended up working very well. This is probably the best I've drawn antlers too.
@ziphi "Ren: Become Dragon"
This looks lovely! So much attention to detail…

@ziphi Pretty dragon!
There is so much detail everywhere, you really put your heart into this. The long hairs on the eyebrows, whiskers, and the detail of the eyes!
@Ravtrag She took a lot of work, but I had to capture how pretty she is.
Plus I wanted to make her as real as possible so it would be easier for a mad scientist to create her in a lab and implant my brain in her body. That part is important.
@ziphi Very pretty and petable dragon!
You did an excellent job in the details in her feathers, eyes, claws, and antlers!
