iPO Fablab Experiments is a paid residency of maximum one month in, you guessed it, our FabLab.
It's focused on experimental approaches to/with digital fabrication tools, more than solely using the FabLab as a production tool.
Residents will be invited to engage with the life of the FabLab, and will receive the support of our FabLab manager during the duration of the residency.

STAGES is our iMAL Project Office residency in collaboration with @A_Two_Dogs_Company
We are looking for artists who wish to work at the confluence of performing arts and digital arts, with transversal projects that fully take advantage of both the black box of the performance stage, and the white cube of the exhibition space.
We aim in particular to support the development of projects in which technical elements play an essential role.

We team up with LABoral 🇪🇸 for LABOR-atorium, a digital art research residency to a duo made of a Belgium-based and a Spain-based artist. To support this co-creation, we will host the duo for one month each in our centres.
To help form these duos and bridge the Spanish and Belgian scenes, we organise a preliminary phase where artists from either country can manifest their interest in being part of a duo. Your profile will then be shared with candidates from the other country, so you can find a potential match for a joint application.
We are looking for artistic research projects that explore the links between labour and the digital, a relationship as old as computing itself.
