Part 1 – VirtueChapter – 15 (Not Coveting Another’s Wife)
பிறன்பொருளாள் பெட்டொழுகும் பேதைமை ஞாலத்து
அறம்பொருள் கண்டார்கண் இல்.

Transliteration:
Piranporulaal pettozhukum paethaimai gnyaalaththu
Aramporul kandaarkan il.

English Meaning:
The folly of desiring another’s wife is never found among those who understand the principles of virtue and rightful possession.

தமிழ் அர்த்தம்:
பிறனுடைய உரிமையான மனைவியை விரும்பி நடக்கும் அறியாமை, உலகத்தில் அறமும் பொருளும் ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்தவர்களிடம் காணப்படாது.
