Last week I built this little gizmo to help my kids brush their teeth. I call it the “Mouth Blaster”. When the kids press the button the led ring counts up while playing “Song 2” by Blur (which just happens to be 2 minutes long - the recommended time for tooth brushing!).

Powered by a 24 neopixel ring, an arcade button, speaker and an @adafruit Propmaker RP2040 coded in #circuitpython

@andy_warb does it change color every 30sec to indicate time for a front/back/top/bottom swap? If not, easy-ish next step :)

@andy_warb I can't take credit for the idea, my toothbrush does a pulse every 30s :)

@ferrix done! Mine does the buzz too (and so do my kids but they seem to get confused and think it’s finished after 30 seconds)
