I am already in the process of moving a lot of stuff out of the US, and away from US providers, AMA.
I'm just one person, one indie dev with a small business. But I've started planning and doing months ago.
1. Make a tally: What do you use daily? Google, AI stuff, Office, GitHub, AWS, Cloudflare etc. Include US services that host in the EU, too
2. Prioritise that list into big/ medium/ small stuff, and by importance. How hard would you be hit if that one service would be gone tomorrow?
3. Make contingency plans for each entry
4. Get cracking, this ain't a drill anymore

@Frufus Ich mache auch Consulting. Ich weiß aus eigener Erfahrung, dass extrem gut bezahlte Externe (hüstel) beim Management oft mehr Gehör finden. 😉
