  • Like barring police (or anyone really) without a warrant is legal.

  • The only exception I know is #Saxony where "members of the press" have to be given free & unvetted access to anything that's been legally registered as a "demonstration", but that's unique to said state.

Using #ComicSans tho really is a crime against typography!

@kkarhan @hannah Public areas don’t need a warrant. (e.g. the dining area of a restaurant). Private/employee-only areas need a warrant.

  • If it is actually public property and not private then yes, tho all actions are still subject to peoples' right to contest the legitimacy of them before a court.

Certainly a 'well defined area' as per fences, gates, doors and change in flooring/pavement is considered sufficient with cases of #trespassing.
