On October 13, the US Virgin Islands celebrates Virgin Islands/Puerto Rico Friendship Day.

Problem is, over here in Puerto Rico many of us didn’t know this holiday existed.

It is one of my life’s goals for this to be accepted as a formal holiday here in Puerto Rico. So yes, pass this info to your boricua neighbors. We gotta make this happen.
