Here's a view of a creepy tunnel in Fort Segarra on Water Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The uncompleted World War II era fort was transferred to the Army's Chemical Warfare Division in the 1950s for testing poison gas and chemical agents on pigeons and goats. The army eventually transferred it to the Department of the Interior and then, decades later, I walked through it with my camera.

We spent yesterday on St John’s, US Virgin Islands. The main power for the island was out for almost the entire time. It was sabotage. Fortunately (or ironically) most enterprises have backup generators so commerce could proceed.
