1) Got to give a team member a turnaround project so juicy and fun it will take everything I’ve got to actually let him have it & not step in. He will rock it & I will stay the hell away (mostly). Swooping in to clean up a dysfunctional operation is my drug of choice.

3) My new office orchid had three new blooms open overnight.
