Things that were great this weekend: playing copious amounts of FF6. Put in about 24 hours into the game and I'm still not halfway in. Just an awesome game.

Things that weren't a great idea this weekend: Putting in 24 hours to the game. I swear that starting work this morning I could literally see CRT scanlines on my monitors while writing Terraform.

@jamesthebard Had somewhat similar feeling few decades ago after playing Tetris too many hours in a row (on a PC). When I went to watch regular TV afterwards, my brain was still trying to match Tetris blocks on the TV screen (overlaid on top of the TV series). 😅

@autiomaa I played a bit upstairs on the JVC CRT, then spent most of the time downstairs on the 65" OLED running the signal through a RetroTINK 4K to get even more CRT goodness (mostly since the doggo could hangout beside me on the couch). Thankfully the CRT scanlines have faded...lol
