Lex Fridman’s interview with Elon Musk and the Neuralink team clocks in at 8.5 hours.

That’s almost double the spoken length of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby.

Is the resultant content anywhere near comparable?

@Daojoan no sane person will ever listen to the Lex Fridman Elon Musk interview so I guess we'll never know.

I have listened to EXACTLY one three-hour podcast. It was a bro-cast where Pete Buttigieg was interviewed by the three bro hosts (brosts?).

It was entertaining. It was informative. They gave Pete the space he needed to make his point, and they meandered into topics that often get lost or overlooked.

But it would have worked better if it had been cut down to an hour, or even 45 minutes.

@Daojoan but they are the brain geniuses of our time, they need lots of words to convey all their big beautiful ideas to the masses,
