sadedoesYesterday I taught a yoga class at gym one. Two new (to me) students, one of them pregnant. Some adapting on the go happened.
Today I taught a yoga class at gym two. Another new (to me) student was present. At the end she commented that it was harder than she thought. She also looked forward to coming back and seeing the differences.
