222 seconds of plank.
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of strength training.
KM of #Cycling (Light rain a d fog, 16°C, 99% humidity, and 6 KM/H wind).

Good workouts, longer ride, still taking it easier on the knee and suddenly I was doing a tour of bridges that cross the Ottawa River.

🤔 The bridge situation over the Ottawa river is a fantastic example of #NIMBYism; #Ottawa and #Gatineau *desperately* need at least two new bridges… but no one wants it near them. 🤦🏻🤷🏻
