I'd just like to remind everyone that each week approximately 23% of Americans take acetaminophen, so if it really caused autism, we'd have a way more functional train system in this country.
@dan Acetaminophen can kill your liver. It is also easy to overdose on as it is many different types of over the counter medicines.
@Methylcobalamin @dan In Slovenia you can buy as much as you want and nobody has any issues ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
@Methylcobalamin @dan It can kill your liver if you are taking excessive amounts, yes. But even people with moderate cirrhosis still have enough glutathione reserves to compensate for the NAPQI produced by the 4g/day limit recommended on the bottle.
@Methylcobalamin @dan And drinking excessive amounts of water can kill you too. So what's your point?
@StumpyTheMutt @Methylcobalamin @dan Damn Dihydrogen-Monoxide! They put that in so many things! It's one of the ingredients in car engine coolant! They put that in our food! They give it to you at hospitals! Our children are full of this stuff!

@StumpyTheMutt @dan

My point is that while overdosing on water is HARD, overdosing on acetaminophen is EASY to do as it is in so many over the counter drugs.

You can take one acetaminophen drug for a headache, another for back pain and another for a sore throat. That can set you up for severe liver damage.

It has been reported on for years, so I am sure you can look something up

@Methylcobalamin @dan The actual studies conducted on this drug say otherwise. Your claims are clearly the result of your own bias. Perhaps you should follow your own advice and read some more.
