Well… unless you’re doing sacrifices like they used to do by putting the food on the altar until the god had ‘eaten’ their fill and then distributing the food to the people.
Place the plushie on the beach and when the lake deity has finished with Plushtodon, send Plushtodon to the people for a round of hugs and snuggles.
