Jellyfin Server replaced Apple Music. I slowly repurchased music I had once subscribed to.

Now I own my music again like we all used to do, and support musicians more directly.

Bonus effect: while using, it introduces your friends/colleagues to privacy in a smooth way too :)

Wow that is a hard one to answer as I don't use any #Proprietary tools
Back before I moved to Linux & was still on #Windows7 2019, I went out of my way to not use proprietary tools & only used open source tools & tools ported to #Windows from #Linux.
A cheap answer from me would be: #Okular & #Firefox replaced #Adobe Reader for PDFs
The thing about proprietary #Software is you have to pay for it & I was never into thatπŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ 🦜️
On #Android I've been replacing proprietary Apps with open source
