I'm so ready for #macOSTahoe 26.1 or 26.2 because damn, the amount of bugs 26.0 is pretty crazy.

I've already had 3 native, first-party apps crash when attempting to modify their toolbars.

As soon as I add or remove item and click OK, boom. Crash.

This has included Finder, Mail, and Notes.

@marioguzman @siracusa My Safari is a black screen, even after re-starting the app 😂
@marioguzman I’d prefer if the Music app crashed, it freezes constantly and a crash would save me some clicks.
@marioguzman @siracusa I updated my phone to iOS 26 and about half my folders and half my icons from my home screens disappeared. I had to go back through screenshots and see if I could reconstruct them. Problem is I have like 10 focus mode, and I don’t have screenshots of them all.
@marioguzman @siracusa I’m ready for Phil Schiller to wake up from whatever induced coma they’ve got him in over there, and start shouting at people about the state of the company these days. This is Vista bad.
@marioguzman Glad I saw this as I was downloading the update. Let’s just postpone that for another day…
@platz @marioguzman Postpone for another year is more like it. Seriously
@dfgomes @marioguzman That bad, huh? Yikes. iOS / iPad OS 26 is a little rough around the edges but has been _ok_ so far, though the jury is still out on Liquid Glass.
@platz @marioguzman iOS is even worse than macOS…..especially on anything older than iPhone 16 or the latest iPads.

@marioguzman I held back from updating my devices, and after watching this, I’m glad I did.

@marioguzman the UI is also laggy as all hell on the M1 Max I’ve installed on. No more buttery smooth Apple Silicon.
@marioguzman This sad end state of affairs was visible from a mile away but of course all the Apple executives who could have prevented it were either blind to it or deluded into thinking this would not matter.
