When you are riding a bike, you wear a helmet.
No discussion.
(I'm fine, just a few minor injuries. I'm happy to be alive because I hit the deck really hard with my head.)
Brendan@TapForms 🇨🇦@ricobeck I'll never understand the people I see who are riding a bike without a helmet. I've hit my head a bunch of times often without any warning while mountain biking. Always grateful for my helmets.

I once flipped an ATC backwards and it rolled over me and took a gash out of the helmet as it went over me.
