Ken M SweeneyI’ve never been a fan of reactionary calls for a united Ireland, but given the dark path that #Britain—more specifically #England—is heading down, we Irish now have an obligation to protect the people of #NorthernIreland. Otherwise, they risk facing a purge by far-right extremists targeting republican nationalists, and in particular, people of the #Catholic faith. It’s also time for #Scotland to step up and push for a new referendum before it’s too late.
