Polylect@joyousjoyness Sorry to say this but to see 'joyness' in the movements of these birds is nothing but projection that turns a blind eye to the signs of distress some of them are showing. These videos prove to me that petkeeping means abusing another living being as an emotional stopgap, and is therefore in my eyes always unethical. You may pretend that you care for your pet and may feel better pretending but in the end it's in my opinion just selfish, reckless, asocial.
