@drahardja and the Zoom company already mandated a return to office working for... (checks notes) productivity reasons. And for Zoom, online meetings and video calls are their entire business!
samiamsami now work in an office full time and we use fucking teams all fucking day - even when we are sitting right fucking next to each other
and it sucks so i would rather not use fucking teams at all but if i have to use fucking teams all fucking day i would rather do that working at home

I totally get it that some things work better in person. Like supervising and educating two student interns. The rest of the time most people I talk to are not in the same state.
I like being in the company's office once a week or so, and it's good to have my group actually all present in a meeting room about once a month. The discussions are so much better in person.
The rest can be easily done remotely. My boss agrees, so do his bosses but theirs doesn't. Fuck
