Today's multiple shorter protests certainly demonstrated the promise of pop-up protests. They were all organized by different groups, but this definitely could be a thing.

The two that were either regularly scheduled or publicly announced were the only ones with timely police presence.

The close proximity of the latter two undoubtedly accounted for the extra cops at the earlier of the two, where normally there are like three cops.

Somewhat surprised by the paucity of cops at Indigo, but there were likely more staged close by. The Court Services van certainly appeared shortly after the wrap.

Heather did warrant actual "brass" appearing, though. Fucking Toe Beard. That shall evermore be his nickname.

The fifth action of the day (yesterday) produced some wild juxtapositions.

Videos were projected on the side of the Bell Lightbox itself and the Scotiabank theatre.

Cops threatened people with mischief and *vandalism* for projecting on a building, demonstrating why I tell people that cops are gonna overcharge and know full well that that shit won't hold up in court.

The process IS the punishment.

And I would love to announce what we're working on as pertains to the subject, but I would also like to avoid having the "I have a weird, rabid stalker" conversation with yet another org for as long as possible.

It would be weird, though unlikely, to warn someone about the stanky duo, and not have them brain hamster another org into the Great Unifying #CAHNspiracy
