Oskar im KellerAfter sampling the #buffet on two different ferry lines, my preliminary verdict is that #Viking wins clearly over #Eckerö. The breakfast buffet on Eckerö Line is dominated by starch & animal proteins, with #vegan options somewhere on the side. On the Viking Line evening buffet the vegan & vegetarian options were much more appealing - they were part of the general choice, for everybody to sample. Some vegan dishes were presented in individual bowls & looked quite fancy.
Tonight we test the third ferry line #buffet between #Finland and #Sweden - on Silja Serenade by operator #TallinkSilja. Judging by the rush it creates, it is at least popular. More detailed report to follow later.
