Got a 4P game of Glass Road in the picture I took was pretty lousy it was for something else and this is the game at setup not end game. But I finally got Glass Road played! and it is FANTASTIC! The game is so simple but the card play is so much fun, sometimes you want to match, other times you don’t. The buildings are satisfying to build and the resource wheels are wonderful, they’ve always been a favorite Uwe mechanic for me. We WILL be playing again 4.5/5 ⭐️ #EveryUwe #BrettSpiele #BoardGames
@GiveEmHellweg Regardless anice picture of your gaming room. Well, having a shelf in front of what I suppose being a window is kinda unusual, but it has to be somewhere, right?
Glassroad is on my maybe-list. Read pro and cons. What was the actual play time? I need more in the field of around 2P-1h for workdays, when a 2-3h euro doesn't fit.
@jerk yeah it had to go somewhere We have a small home so sadly it goes there. Glass Road would play SUPER quick at 2P It took us 1hr 31min to play a four player game; and it was everyone’s first play. The game is snappy, it’s only four rounds so it moves. You play five cards each round and the way the card play mechanism works, you can end up playing them faster than you’d like. It’s a great game, but I fear my Uwe bias and leading you astray after SETI
@GiveEmHellweg That sounds like super fast and excactly, what we're looking at. I'll keep your bias in mind, but BGG-users supports that as well.
Guess, I'll rate it a bit higher internally, so it will be on the watch-for-it-list. Now, we just need an opportunity.
