Since there is misinformation circulating.

Of course you can get a refund for remaining funds on your #why2025 payment card. The whole point of that card was to not continue with the stupid tradition of "no refunds for your plastic coins".

While we would appreciate you donating your leftover funds to the organisation of this and future camps, you can absolutely get a refund.

Please send the engraved card number as well as your IBAN to [email protected].

@martin interesting, that’s what I thought but then on the wiki and in person at the infodesk I was told that they can’t do refunds. I left €2 on mine, which I’m happy to donate.

@erientes Yes, absolutely.

But that's the solution that I can offer.

For a more "cash-like" solution, please feel free to hunt down the person that handles all the cash. They do have the credentials required to convert card-to-cash on site.
