Haymarket Books in the US publishes many books about Palestine / by Palestinian authors. Maybe they could consider this book. They publish all they have in paper in the US (with a subscription system I think) but also as epubs free of DRM, easy to buy worldwide. They have an anarchist background, I guess/hope they have a fair policy for retribution of the authors.
