Also, there's nothing about sexual content that would increase the criminality of graffiti, which is itself criminal. You seem to be thinking about "public art" which is a form of graphic design related only by its lineage of appropriating street art (graffiti)
It is true that certain things trigger federal involvement (fbi , thus different investigation techniques (i.e. geofencing) requiring different countermeasures (i.e. leaving a phone at home), but in the relevant jurisdictions, at this point in time, sexual content is not one of those things.
So, your reply conflates street art with commercial or municipal graphic design to induce fear in an oppressed demographic currently experiencing heightened repression, under the guise of giving advice.
