@Kilometer780 yes, thats an area that mostly contains run down industrial buildings of the DDR Reichsbahn, a refurbishment plant for Waggons and such, left empty since the Wende, but these days tjere is a lot of building activity, thE City is planning to renovate it as an "IT Campus"
